Will usage of building plugin's reduce time

So recently I’m creating a map and It always take hours just to build a shack and basement.

So I was thinking how I can increase my build speed.
I searched up and got some ideas and couldn’t get any cool ideas.

I searched up for some plugin’s and found Building Tools by F3X.

I wanted to know if there were other building plugin’s and will these reduce my building time.
