Will using this as the title and icon bring me any problems related to copyright? The game is based on Super smash bros, not a 100% copy but it just takes the main mechanics and adds others on top and you dont pick a character instead you have to create your own character! (Well kind of you choose your abilites from a shop), those abilities also come from other games on roblox and thats why i prefer to use this name.

As long as you’re not completely ripping-off the original Super Mario characters, it should be fine in terms of copyright. Following the same idea of the original game is okay, just make sure you don’t directly use assets under the Super Smash Bros game.
However, you should see Roblox’s Support Article for Name and Logo Usage, you aren’t able to use words along the lines of “Roblox” or “Blox” in games, which excludes games published before June 22, 2022.

Thanks for responding! Its nice to know i can use most of the title, im not using any asset of taht game anyways (barely not) i think this is going to be the final version of it (theres nothing roblox related on it!)

as @Deb0rahAliWilliams said, you can’t use the words “roblox” or “blox”, in my opinion “Super Blocky Bros” sounds dope, and you should keep the first logo if you want to change the name, the second logo is basically a copy of the og one just without the “bros”
