It uses a hinge, The actuator is motor.
I dont know how to fix this problem.

Check the actual locations of your Attachments. The Attachment0 and Attachment1 of the HingeConstraint have to be at the same Position.
You can see them if you look in the Model tool tab and in the Constraints section and click the Show Constraints (?) box.
