During the Winter Spotlight event last month, several paid Robux avatar items were released alongside their free counterpart items. These Robux / “Frosted” items were only purchasable after a user completed an event objective and received the free counterpart. On January 2, 2025, the Winter Spotlight event ended, and all earnable free counterpart items became unobtainable. The Robux counterpart items also became unpurchasable in-game, even if a user had earned the free counterpart item. These Robux items were never available for purchase in the Avatar Shop and could only be obtained in the Winter Spotlight hub.
Despite this, these paid items still display a Robux price tag on their item pages and in the Avatar Shop, even though they are completely unpurchasable.

Here’s what a user that owns a free counterpart item sees when they attempt to purchase a Robux counterpart item in-game after the event has ended.

Expected behavior
I expect these items to be taken off-sale, as there is no way for users to purchase them in-game now that the event has ended. The visible Robux price tags on the item pages and in the Avatar Shop may confuse users who want to purchase these items, as they might mistakenly believe the items are still purchasable in an experience when they are not.
