It looks very nice, and is certainly colonial!! However, the textures seem a bit flat to me. I would create individual siding pieces/roof shingles and place them together rather than using a texture. I know it would be a lot of work, but it would really enhance the build and make it much more realistic. What you have now is amazing, though, and you should be really proud of what you’ve made!!!
I’m honestly really impressed by it and it looks great. As @GloryReaperr said, add some actual roof shingles and/or more objects to make it more realistic.
Another option is to use Materialize from Bounding Box Software to create normal maps etc. to add more depth instead of adding lots of objects. It just makes it surprisingly easy to make PBR textures. The UI looks a bit wonky but it’s trustworthy and works. However, that’s just a more performance friendly option. Great work though!
I have all the normal maps and the stuff for the textures so i was thinking i might just add the normal maps for the roof
I know where you did get your roof texture from since I used it too and it will look better with normal maps for sure
Looks too perfect. Add some mess: add cracks on one side, close one or two windows, break one window… You will see how imperfections make things look more realistic.
The building is very nice in my opinion, one thing that turns me off is the brick staircase, they look a bit pixelated to me… Other than that, great job dude!
