WIP Realistic Horror Game

Hello guys. I am currently working on a Realistic Bigfoot Horror Game.

I’ve put a little under a month and a half of work into this game, and I’d love some feedback on the game so far.

NOTE: many of the models are just placeholders, and are not what is going to be in the final game. I just wanted to get a feel of how the game will turn out.

Here is a clip of the game:

Please leave any feedback or suggestions of the game so far, Thank You!

Very cool! Realistic games are hard to make! But to make it seem more realistic I would add a few things:

  • Wind streams/particles above the trees
  • Moving clouds
  • Better Realistic lighting and shadows or maybe a day and night cycle (if that’s not alr in the game).
  • Make the campfire a different fire effect because the basic Roblox one looks odd in a “realistic” game.
  • More foliage like bushes, twigs, pebbles and falling leaves.
  • Give the first person hands a little idle animation or like a slight sway or something, to give it that extra realism.
    Nice job, very impressed.

Yes, good suggestions. I do have most of those things in the game, but I’m a scripted not a builder lol. So I am going to hire somebody to do those things later on down the line, and as for the assets not many of them are final so most of them will be getting replaced by a modeler later on down the road.

EDIT: quick question how would I make a wind stream above the trees just little white line paricles?

Add the things @xXTheRealCamelXx suggested, and I have one thing. It might sound like a bad addition but to make the game more realistic, make the bear trap so that you can step in it if you’re not careful. I think it’s realistic but u don’t have to.

Yea, I only made the bear trap system work today, so I haven’t made it fully work yet.
Many of the suggestions that have been said I was already planning to execute them, but I just haven’t gotten around to it yet.

I just made the bear trap system work here is a video:

NOTE: It’s not fully done yet, still working on UI and the effects, but I have the basic system done.

Idk where the bear trap mesh from the viewmodel went lol. I guess it didn’t load in fully. lol!

Should I add like camera shake while your in the trap?

It took me like a week to make an obby with 7 stages bro.

I think it would be a good addition, like the player is shaking in pain.
