Wonju is a Korean Restaurant maintaining its priority of serving phenomenal customer service as well as a hotpot-like experience never seen before. It should be noted that not all information regarding operations will be in here, this is simply general framework that may be used to amplify your success, or answer any questions you have at Wonju.

Guidelines
Respect
We expect all members to treat each other with respect, regardless of any past disagreements or personal preferences. Our community’s safety is our top priority, and respecting one another is crucial to maintaining it. Any form of disrespect is not tolerated, and appropriate action will be taken. Additionally, please handle any conflicts or disagreements through direct messages instead of in our community channels.
Profanity
Swearing is allowed but should be kept minimal and never targeted at anyone. However, slurs are strictly prohibited, regardless of the circumstances. Please use swearing fairly and be mindful of your audience. Using slurs will result in immediate removal from the server.
Appropriate Content
We have a zero-tolerance policy for explicit content, including messages, images, gifs, or stickers. Our communications server must remain free from any NSFW material. Inappropriate behavior of any kind, such as sharing NSFW content or discussing inappropriate topics, is strictly forbidden.
Advertising
Advertising in any form is strictly prohibited. This includes sending advertisements via direct messages or in any of our channels.

Affiliate Requirements
Alliance requests will be closed until release, the information listed might update by the time requests open again.
This section outlines the criteria for forming alliances:
- Your group must have a minimum of 100 members both on the platform and in Discord.
- History of selling ranks with administrative powers is prohibited.
- Your community should maintain a positive reputation, free of recent controversies that could reflect poorly. A professional atmosphere is also essential.
- Your establishment must have a relatively active community.
- You should be able to promptly announce, host events, and visit us as needed.
- Your establishment should be related to the industry (e.g., cafes, restaurants, juice bars, etc.), clothing groups may also be considered.
Rank Descriptions
Below you will find information about all of our rankings. Please go through the material mentioned below if you want to learn more about each rank or your individual rank.
Customer: This rank is given upon people who have joined our Roblox group and are considered official customers of our establishment. Guests, on the other hand, are also considered Customers.
Notable Customer: This position is given to retired former High Rank and Leadership Team members. Because of their greater rank inside our establishment, they are referred to as an honorable member on our platforms.
Awaiting Training: After completing the application in the Application Center, you will be assigned the job of ‘Awaiting Training.’ Your responsibilities will include attending a training session in order to obtain an official Attendant rating, working behind the counters, and preparing wonderful dishes for our customers.
Junior Chef: Our team’s initial low-ranking (LR) member is known as this. Members of this job will be tasked with preparing meals and serving customers at our restaurant.
Intermediate Chef: This is our team’s second lowest ranking (LR). Members in this position will be responsible for preparing dishes and serving customers in our restaurant.
Senior Chef: This is the third low-ranking position. Just like the previous positions, members of this role will be required to prepare dishes for our customers, and are expected to remain professional at all times; as they are eligible to start their Management career.
Master Chef: This is the forth and final low-ranking position. Just like the previous positions, members of this role will be required to prepare dishes for our customers, and are expected to remain professional at all times; as they are eligible to start their Management career.
Restaurant Assistant (30): This is our team’s first Middle Rank member. Members of the job will have weekly obligations that must be met. To utilize all of our platforms, a professional manner and grammar are necessary. However, grammar is not needed when chatting on our communications server.
Kitchen Supervisor (25): This is our team’s second Middle Rank member. Members of the job will have weekly obligations that must be met. To utilize all of our platforms, a professional manner and grammar are necessary. However, grammar is not needed when chatting on our communications server.
Assistant Manager (20): This is our team’s third Middle Rank member. Members of the job will have weekly obligations that must be met. To utilize all of our platforms, a professional manner and grammar are necessary. However, grammar is not needed when chatting on our communications server.
Kitchen Manager (10): This is our team’s fourth and final Middle Rank member. Members of the job will have weekly obligations that must be met. To utilize all of our platforms, a professional manner and grammar are necessary. However, grammar is not needed when chatting on our communications server. Managers will also be put into a sub-department, which they must maintain activity and perform at an appropriate level.
Executive Board (12): This is the first Department role for our team. Members of this role will be assigned to either the Staffing or Relations Team, where they must complete their obligations on a regular basis to guarantee activity and devotion to their present position. They must maintain a professional approach at all times, have great grammatical abilities, and a thorough understanding of Wonju’s operations.
Executive Officer (4): This is the second Department role for our team, also known as the Co-Leads for their department. Members of this role will be either in the Staffing or Relations Team, depending on what department they chose to start within their career, where they must complete their obligations on a regular basis to guarantee activity and devotion to their present position. They must maintain a professional approach at all times, have great grammatical abilities, and a thorough understanding of Wonju’s operations.
** Managing Director (2):** This is the fourth and last department role for our team, also known as the Lead of their department. Members of this role will be assigned to either the Staffing or Relations Team, where they must complete their obligations on a regular basis to guarantee activity and devotion to their present position. They must maintain a professional approach at all times, have great grammatical abilities, and a thorough understanding of Wonju’s operations.
Developer: Those allocated to this job are either commissioned or work full-time on Wonju’s projects.
Vice President (2): This is our team’s first Leadership position. Members of this role are either a Staffing or Relations Team Overseer, which means they observe their given department to ensure everything runs smoothly. They must maintain a professional approach at all times, have great grammatical abilities, and a thorough understanding of Wonju’s operations.
President (1): This is our team’s second Leadership position. Members of this role are assisting the Leadership Team in operating Wonju. They must maintain a professional approach at all times, have great grammatical abilities, and a thorough understanding of Mokihana’s operations.
Co Owner (1): This is our team’s third Leadership position. Members of this role co-own the company, while also overseeing all of Wonju’s operations (departments, staff team, community).
