Wonky Camera Happens Randomly

My camera gets wonky I do not know what causes it. It just becomes weird when I edit parts and move my camera. It just randomly starts to happe

Expected behavior

Sometimes when I’m editing parts when I move my camera the sensitivity goes really high, and I can only turn my camera left I think, and sometimes when I’m moving my mouse down my camera just goes up and starts spinning, it makes me dizzy. The only solution I’ve found so far that’s only temporary is restarting studio.
