I saw a really weird bug, where the word limit isn’t enforced.

The limit is enforced, the reply just contains invisible characters to bypass it. This is spam.

probably just a hack(i tried to just say this but it did not work cuz of word limit)

Please flag. This user bypassed the restrictions. You can always view the raw input of any message.

It may be better to request features which better combat the issue rather than making a bug report as done here.
