Revert mesh and thumbnail please!
another unnecessary update that nobody likes, lol, this platform never fails to disappoint
please just revert this
all clockwork bands are offcenter lol
Thanks for ruining a perfectly fine item over an issue only you have, truly appreciated!
Revert this change immediately. This did not need to be changed, the problem OP reported was so minor and barely noticeable on a solid white pair of headphones. Also, the band on the new model is so obviously offcentered…
This is so pointless… oh my god
Dear Roblox Employees, we paid for the item because we liked it the way it was beforehand. If you’re going to update super iconic classic items at least give us the option to refund it if we wanted. If it depended on me i don’t think you should even update items unless it’s an actual issue like it being broken inside games or positioning.
I respect and appreciate the attempt to please the community by seemingly “fixing” flaws in accessories but with older items and especially somewhat exclusive or expensive items like this it should be taken very carefully and cautiously. Old items such as workclock headphones have been well liked for years and this minor flaw has never been an issue to anyone prior to this. Now is not the time to adjust items people have already spent hundreds of dollars on and gotten to cherish the way they are.
For instance if someone was to report the weird shading on classic top hats would this be taken for a bug and fixed? because I think i would speak for everyone in saying a change like that would be detrimental to the classic and special appearance of the hats. Please, please, please be more careful when making decisions like this for items in future.
Genuinely the only fixes needed for this is to center the headphone band and revert the new normals on it so it keeps the same look as before. A lot of these complaints feel unnecessary and heavily targeted when stuff like this is fine if proper care is put into it.
EDIT: Also, the texture absolutely needs to get fixed
They also removed this part from the original description: “originally made and worn by Workclock”
Original Description:
Super elite vintage headgear from the ROBLOX archives. These are museum-quality replicas of headphones originally made and worn by Workclock. They are not for noobs…
New Description:
Super elite vintage headgear from the ROBLOX archives. These are museum-quality replicas of headphones. They are not for noobs…
My question is, why? Why do these changes that aren’t hurting anybody? This new “fixed” version still has other unaddressed problems as well such as poor UV mapping. Just revert this change back lol this wasn’t needed.
these arent workclock’s headphones anymore they are now just headphones
No I agree, changing the description is unnecessary as well as how the fix was implemented. And ignoring another glaring issue on top of that isn’t good at all.
@starhiker13 Please take a look at this and reconsider these implementations.
dont think this change is new, workclock isnt mentioned in the description of OP’s image either
Truly a selfish move from OP, and I really hate this new trend of ‘fixing’ old classic items by removing their classic charm.
Yeah my bad they might’ve snuck that removal in during the last sale or something, I 100% remember that being there not that long ago, my point still stands, why does something as harmless as that need to be removed or reworked. Straight sucking the soul and charm out of these items for real.
Can these go limited @starhiker13 as compensation due to this change ?
i think a policy needs to rollout to avoid roblox classic’s being altered for small changes because it can kind of ruin there old item classic charm. Many items including the astronaut helmet have brought a lot of criticism due to changes recently
Last thing these need is to go limited and resell for 3-5k Robux. Especially after receiving a change to make them more bland looking.
This Change might be worse than Any other item changes
Considering over 47k player having this…
kitty ears have a lot more sales so it depends on whether you determine the damage caused to be based on the amount spent on the item or the number of people with the item
