Workspace.Camera

To be honest idk where im supposed to ask this but

Was this always here? I dont remember there being a Workspace.Camera the last time I used studios (although that was quite a bit of time ago)

if it wasn’t always here, where was it previously?

also why is it in workspace? wouldn’t it make more sense to be located inside the playercharacter? (im pretty sure this isn’t due to one of my scripts as it was there even on one of my places that I didn’t script anything about cameras)

Workspace.Camera has always been there. It’s the ServerSide Camera

but like, why does it change orientation when the player moves
(cuz wouldn’t that be clientsided?)
strangely i’ve never noticed this thing before

After experimenting for a bit, it seems like the Camera Instance works on the client as well, which is strange to me because last time I used it, it didn’t work. However, you shouldn’t use it directly, according to the docs:

by “this property” it means workspace.CurrentCamera right?
(just wanna make sure)

Workspace.CurrentCamera is that local player Workspace property of the Workspace on that client.
