Worried about games potential financial success

((check game out here))
I have run small sponsors and ads for my game to test the waters and I believe it did great !

However I have made 0 robux in return. I hope the analytic is just bugged or something: I have no way to tell if my game made any money which makes me extremely nervous about a big ad push.

This is my first fully-fledged game and my current budget is 10k and I plan to purchase a 100$ giftcard/sell my bigger limiteds if things go well.

If my developer stats isn’t bugged and I truly have made 0 robux then is it too risky to put all my robux into such a thing ? What’s the most optimal way for me to advertise ? I see some people say social medias are great and others say that things like tik tok are a waste of time for marketing.

any help is appreciated ! I am happy to provide any information that may lead to an answer.
Also if this is the wrong topic to put this under let me know. Thanks !

This is the wrong category. I would put this in the #help-and-feedback:game-design-support category. I don’t know about the advertisements but I don’t think your sponsorship did very good. I did a testing sponsorship for my game for 200 Robux and got approximately 52 visits.

Also I would wait a while before worrying about how many Robux you made. As far as I can tell it hasn’t even been a day. It takes time for that Robux to come in.

I’m not worried about how much I have made, I am worried about if I have made any at all. I’m not sure where you got the time from, it has been 16 days since I started receiving premium point analytics with no sign of income. I suppose I will just wait I guess. Thanks

Imma be real, premium payouts SUCK, and if you’re relying on them to make you money, be prepared to lose everything you put into it.

Here are premium payout stats for one of my games:

Any now, payouts vs purchases from the game:

Those stats are from the past month, by the way.

But anyway, in conclusion, the problem is probably that premium payouts just suck, and if you’re attempting to make money, insert developer products and or gamepasses into your game, they are where most of monetary gain comes from.
