So super recently I made this game One Shot [Testing] - Roblox and I know that I won’t run ads on it but I will most likely sponsor it as from my experience sponsoring does better, my question is that I have 32R and I would be willing to use it to sponsor the game, is it worth it?
I do not believe it is worth sponsoring until the spawn glitch is fixed. Even then, sponsoring is a bad idea, you should run ads instead. Ads generally get a better CTR than sponsors.
Another thing, I would recommend doing some commissions to get more funds before spending all of your robux in one place.
I don’t think it’s worth it. Try advertising on social media instead.
No. This game does not have much info put into it, and the fact that there was text on the bottom left corner saying “Remember kids, cheating is bad” (I remember it was along those lines) just bothered me. Make sure that you make the game feel fun to play, and something that I would want to come back.
Also, you might want to lower the jump height, as jumping repeatedly is something a lot of players do, and this would leave them open for being shot.
The description needs to be fixed and there is no thumbnail. You shouldn’t sponsor until you finish the game, if you want play testers just ask people on the forum to test the game and give feedback.
In addition to what everyone stated above, including sponsoring being less profitable than running ads.
I would recommend you to add a logo & a thumbnail to your game since using default logo and thumbnail really isn’t the best way to go.
Remember, the first step in making a successful game is to actually catch the eye of your potential audience which is related to the logo before anything else.
Also, i would suggest you to get some more money to invest in ads/sponsoring since 32 robux is gonna get you a really low amount of players if any, which isn’t profitable whatsoever.
Anyways, i wish you the best of luck. Carry On !
From the start point it isn’t worth it at the moment this looks early in development as not much is going on here, if you want to stock up more funds you could take the opportunity to doing commissions.
While the game is bland and not much mechanics and elements are added, take the time to work on it longer to make it enjoyable and interesting something worth putting money to.
Regarding the game it’s a start but if you continue to develop more time into making it an actually game. I do not believe you should not worry about sponsoring yet instill it has it’s proper mechanics and features you should be trying to make the game nearly finish, otherwise the funds you currently have won’t bring you many players.
