Would any kind of gameplay core mechanic like smoking cigarets or anything of the sort go against TOS or increase age rating?

Like the title says. I am mostly speaking about the smoking aspect.

Yes, the Community Rules says references to smoking is forbidden.

  1. Using appropriate content.
    Alcohol, alcoholic references, drunkenness, smoking cigarettes, cigars, and vaping are not permitted.

However, given the current state of Roblox, it depends. Most definetly will increase age rating.
