Would exporting a roblox model to Blender and re-exporting it back as a mesh be more efficient?

So, I am making armor inspired by a game, but here’s the thing - it has a lot of unions and parts. So I was wondering, if I were to export the mask itself from Roblox Studio, then re-import it as a mesh, would that be:
A) Performance Efficient and
B) Easier to manage?
