So I currently have a live learning game website I made (https://nltesting.netlify.app) basically like Kahoot and Blooket. I’ve been thinking about porting it to Roblox, but thought it might be against ToS since they’d have to have someone else host it on the website version and “that would direct users off-platform”. So could I do that or should I just make it an unlisted game that I can link to inside the website when someone hosts?

I think this would be allowed, as (from the way you described) it isn’t really directing users off-site, just interacting with another site.
