Would I get banned for making a satire game? is my game against Community Rules?

Hello guys, I basically wanted to make a game where the player must break into the headquarters and destroy some computers that were used in a crime like black hat hacking just like search and destroy but it’s different, the goal is to destroy the robot soldiers of bun bun girls and then after the soldiers are destroyed, there is a boss battle that we have to destroy which is the leader of the bun bun girls group and after the boss is destroyed, there will be a good ending.

but my game that I’m talking about was not aimed to be a harassment or bullying game, the game inside and outside is completely a satire/meme game. the game I’m talking about does not condone harassment or bullying or drama, it is a satire game. I put warnings GUI on a user when they joined the game that they will be reminded that this game is completely satire and it’s for memes.

when I search up free models on a toolbox for inspiration, I think it only less models relating to the bun bun girls so would my game be banned or I get banned for breaking TOS or Community Rules if I made a satire game about bun bun girls?

[I know that people will reply that I should stop making this game which giving them attention but I did make the game for satire purposes]

and like I said, I DON’T CONDONE HARASSMENT OR BULLYING AGAINST THESE INDIVIDUALS

I don’t think that’s acceptable for Roblox, it’s like making a game to trash talk a random Roblox user.

No, it’s not like that, this game does not include trash talk, it just a game where to break into their headquarters and save the day just like superhero movies and like i said, I dont condone harassment or bullying

if it’s not acceptable, show the section of the rules where is not acceptable and bun bun girls doesn’t mean it’s a single individual, it’s a group, the game is like diss track parody

yeah, this game does not include stalk, bully, intimidate, hurt, attack or humiliate someone, it’s really satire and this game doesn’t say “this person is bad, shame on that person” or “attack this person”, none of these are mentioned in game due to community rules

Yeah, but I never intent to hurt someone or the bun bun girls group on any kind.

How is that related to gta brand name change?? Satire means: the use of humour, irony, exaggeration, or ridicule to expose and criticize people’s stupidity or vices, particularly in the context of contemporary issues and other topical issues. Which bun bun girls does something online and I wanted to make a game where its a mission to break into the headquarters and destroy the bots.

But still, you mentioned about bun bun girls, and I still don’t think it’s acceptable.

This is part of Roblox’s ToS.

" Harassment and cyberbullying. We do not tolerate this. Examples include comments or actions meant to:

  • Stalk, bully, intimidate, hurt, attack, abuse or humiliate someone (or something that a person may care about). This includes using or encouraging the use of profanity (swearing);"

But as you mentioned it was purely satirical, and for memes. So personally no, i don’t think you would get banned. But you never know, so just be careful!

Since you aren’t actually bullying anyone directly at any point, this doesn’t break any ToS. I see a lot of people here saying this is bullying, but you have to make it with an intent to hurt someone to be considered such.

You might want to pull a GTA satire and, instead of being exactly the person you’re refering to, they have a similar name but more stupid than the original name.

Like, they’re called the bun bun girls? call them boo boo gaa gaa headquarters or something, if you reference them by their name you’re doing satire wrong, satire means to joke on a specific topic that can seem absurd if considered in a different way.

Take for example the GTA satire. Sprunk is a reference of Sprite, but also of spunk, which is semen, it doesn’t say it’s sprite, but people get the idea that it is somewhat sprite, even though it isn’t, LifeInvader is a reference to Facebook and just by the name you get that it’s joking about it. It doesn’t mention it’s facebook, it just hopes the people’s minds connect the dots and find lifeinvader as a reference to facebook, and another one is the Karin Kuruma, which references the Toyota Camry, camry meaning crown in japanese and so it gives the sensation that it is a bit absurd to name a car after something ridiculous so in turn the kuruma gets called as kuruma, which is japanese for, literally, the word “car”.

Satire plays around pretending that you’re the brand but not actually giving the name of the brand. Apple has been parodied many times, in iCarly and victorious they used a pear as a phone, in gta they called it the iFruit and it’s literally the picture of the male penis and testicles in a bowl, and then I remember futurama which called it the eyePhone. It goes on like that, it’s never the real brand but a satire of it. You want to make a satirical game? don’t give the actual name, give a joke name and hope people get the reference.

No no no. I got it wrong.

What all these satire examples I did were different at is that they’re not exactly satirical, but a parody.

I think that you should try and make it a parody of the bun bun girls, not a satire of it. Satire is complex by itself, a parody pretends that they’re the person or brand in the example.
