I want to do this with jailbreak’s logo, but Idk if I will get copyright striked.
Does someone know if I would get banned / copyright striked if I uploaded that image (But with a few changes)?
I believe if its DMCA protected or he has a Copyright on it, you can’t use it. But you should ask before you use it.
Jailbreak will have copyright over their logos. You’d want to message them and get their explicit permission before doing so.
Break in, the game, had JB’s logo in their game. You should be fine.
They most likely asked for permission first and if they didn’t they will be copyright striked. If you want to us someone else stuff you need to ask permission first before using it.
Just because they have it doesn’t mean they have permission, if you’re going to use someone else’s logo you need to ask for permission or they can legally sue you in real life.
Adding on to what Sir @Country_RBLX was saying, the graphics logo isn’t related to roblox (excluding the fact that it is for Roblox). It legally belongs to it’s creator, ( asimo3089 I believe.) Therefore you cannot use it with out (explicit) permissions as Sir @grilme99 says aswell.
It’d be the same for stealing someones brand name or something like that, and yes you can get sued in real life. Be careful about these things, a simple mistake can cost you.
BOTTOM LINE
Don’t use it in your game unless you ask or have permission. The owner of the logo (goes for all games) could sue you or anyone who uses it in their game without permission.
