Hey! I’m looking for new karts for my game on several 3D model sites. I found a model that I like pretty much. However, what do I have to look for before buying to be sure that I won’t get that error from roblox studio saying that thing with triangles?

You’ll want to look for the Triangle count. The maximum triangle count to upload a mesh into Roblox Studio is 10,000 triangles. Based on the provided link, I’m gonna take an educated guess in saying that you will not be able to upload that as one single mesh. However, you can always edit the mesh yourself in Blender or max to separate the mesh into multiple meshes so that you can use that model. It would be a bit tedious to do though.
