I‘d definitely use a different texture for the sidewalk. Grey/medium stone grey concrete might look better. Other than that, you could work on the walls since they look kinda plain.

I really like the alley and the amount of effort poured in. However, the sky is very bland and little delays. My suggestion is that you add a little more sky scrapers (Not too detailed, of course, just a filler). I was just experimenting with a few particles that could change the mood to a project, I recommend you try and experiment your self. Good luck!

It looks really cool but there are some things you could add such as:
Futuristic Flying Jets because the sky looks bland
People on the street with futuristic clothing
A Futuristic Jet Landing Pad on the skyscraper
kinda like this but for Futuristic Jets
You should also add different colours instead of all blue maybe the sidewalk neon strips you could change to red for a bit of contrast
Overall it’s really good. I’d love to see how it turns out when it’s completed.
