Would love some feedback on this model. Do you think its “to realistic” for Roblox?
I worry that the style wont mesh will with games and stuff.

I think it’s great! 
The end of the arms are a bit too wide compared to the upper arm in my opinion, but that could be a stylistic approach. Additionally, the avatar would fit more within your game if the rest of the game itself matched that art style. That means buildings and/or whatever other 3D models.

Yeah I was going for a stylistic approach. But I have been considering toning them down a bit because layered clothing already seams to get bunched up at the end of the arms.The proportions feel a bit more even when you see the whole body.
I was planning more on selling this in the UGC shop as a custom avatar. But I was also considering making a small RP/Catalogue game with her.

perhaps for the UGC version make her current clothing separate assets? and make her skin tone compatible

Although I would probably not do compatible skin tones, because ears would be separate so you can remove them for hairstyles that you dont want ears.
However unfortunately moderators insist the texture goes against community guidelines. So I am probably going to abandon this. ):

noooo don’t abandon it~ even if you can’t sell it on the marketplace perhaps you could sell it to individual developers who what a cute stylized character for their game!
If you do that you could also make a male, and some more hair and sell all the assets in a pack on sites like CG Trader ~ (passive income yeah!)
Which texture goes against community guidelines? (do you have the required modest covering?)
do you think if you separated the texture up into parts it would pass?

If I am able to get it up on the marketplace I definitely want to make a cute lil catalogue game!
I haven’t considered selling on CG trader but that’s a really good idea. 
Yeah it has a modesty layer, I think the shading on the knees makes it look like something else. Which makes me think that the moderation team doesn’t check what it looks like on the mesh and just takes it at face value. I got a 1 day ban, but after appealing like 10 versions they finally accepted it. So theres still hope! (:
