Would pain killers be allowed in a game?

It might seem easy to say that Roblox wouldn’t allow it, but Apocalypse Rising actually had pain killers in their game and it never got moderated.

Does it count as a drug or is it one of those “grey areas” where nobody is really sure?

If it’s a drug that helps people, i don’t think it’s rule-breaking.

It’s considered medicine so it’s safe.

The rules explicitly state no. Regardless of the legality of the drug, this is not allowed. Just because another game does it doesn’t mean it’s okay; they just might not be moderated yet.

Pills, syringes, or other content representing drug paraphernalia or drug use are not permitted.

If it was in the form of a liquid would it also be considered a drug?

This was the mistake my friend and I made. We thought of a game, but did not check the TOS to see if it was against the rules.

The rules include “other content representing […] drug use”, so it depends how it’s presented. If it’s presented like Tylenol Liquid, (which is, apparently, a thing) or some other kind of medicine, probably not. If it’s a magical potion that restores your vitals or whatever, you would probably(?) be fine.
