Would putting the video The Story Of Roblox in my game be against the Privacy Policy or anything similar to that?

I am making a game about the story of Roblox and would love to put the video in with audio but would that video be under copyright?

It is very likely that you would get in trouble for ripping someone’s entire video from YouTube. I don’t know whether it’s actually copyrighted, but it’s a really scummy thing to do and you’d probably get in trouble regardless.
