Would this audio get me banned?

hello guys I made an audio for a scene in my game and I wanted to know if uploading it would get me banned it is originally viol gesaffelstein and I couldn’t find it on the library but I found a bunch of other songs

This is not allowed, you can find this in the Roblox Community Rules (3 Using appropriate content)

According to the Roblox rules

Distorted audio, including excessively slowing down or speeding up the audio content to make it indiscernible, and audio that is excessively loud including screaming, high-pitched or excessive noises are not permitted.

would it help if i take away the distortion and bass?

If you remove the distortion and the heavy bass it would be allowed so far I know.
