I don’t see why they would moderate your account for this, there is simply no reason to, unless the pattern makes a shape that could be deemed inappropriate. How does it spread? Is it random?

I doubt you’ll be moderated for this unless it creates an inappropriate shape / or words as said above how does this system work as well I’m curious. Mind telling the idea about the game?
You could get moderated if the image drawn is inappropriate which is in a public server.You could implement a system similar to this spray paint game where players can vote other players out for not abiding with the rules.

As long as it doesn’t make anything inappropriate, it’s allowed if it’s just random colors spreading across the baseplate.
