Would this be allowed in my game? Question about roblox Terms of Use

In my game I have NPC animals (currently just elk, but I’m planning on making more) and I’d like them to be able to reproduce to simulate a working ecosystem. Obviously this wouldn’t be graphic, and I’ll probably just have the animals walk into each other with some heart particles appearing, but I was wondering if even this toned down version of reproduction would be allowed? I didn’t want to assume so I thought I’d check just to be safe

Basically the same things as Minecraft’s way, don’t see anything wrong with it, don’t quote me though.

I think that it is fine there isn’t any cheeky stuff involved, since it just heart particles and a baby animal appearing.

I’d say you be fine, i’ve seen fps games with blood when you shoot the player if love particles is a crime them well darn i’m guilty.

So long as there’s no humping, I’d say it’s fine.

This is a gray area in the roblox terms of service, and when I say it’s a gray area, I mean it’s not mentioned but games with it have been taken down in the past. Execution is going to be the only thing that matters here; as long as it is literally the BARE MINIMUM to still fit the feature’s description it should be fine.

I recommend you for some questions like this to send a message in roblox.com/support to receive an answer that will make you sure if you get banned or not. Also, don’t forget to check out the Roblox ToS and Community Guidelines again, to answer your questions before you message Roblox Staff.

Just don’t do/create the animation of them,er,how do I put this… “reproducing”,And you would be fine.Maybe just them gathering, and then heart particles would pop up,and bam a baby spawns

Ok I have not played Minecraft in years but from what I remember they used an identical reproducing system to this, Since Minecraft has a lower age rating as roblox (Minecraft is 7+, Roblox is 10+) it should be perfectly fine.

Furthermore, 10 is around about the age they learn about how animals have babies in the majority of schools so unless the education has changed in the past 5 years I dont see the problem with toned down reproduction. (Also not to mention some of the things ive seen in zoos over the years)

One thing I would be careful of tho is making sure animals cannot end up onto to each other since that would possibly be infringing TOS. I wouldn’t worry about this too much tho since I think if its not in the source code for this to deliberately happen, roblox would give you a chance to fix this.

I asked support about this, twice, but never got a response. I wouldn’t assume it’s okay just because Minecraft does it. Different games different rules.
