You should do something with the character because it might count as nudity.

That’s a stretch. It is obvious he isn’t meaning that, and if they were to ban them for nudity then it’s a problem on Roblox sides, not the OPs side.

Nope, it should go through moderation perfectly fine, although if I was you I would remove the name tag on this character.

Thanks, I made a decal of it to test and it seems to be fine. As the build itself is actually in the game, would there be grounds to report it or would there be enough nuance to realise it’s just a statue?
If it gets flagged by the moderation bot, then just contact support and a human will clearly be able to tell it’s a statue.
