Hey guys just wanted to check if this model would get banned for ‘sexual content / nudity’ all it is a bundle I found on the marketplace retextured. Just ignore the lack of a head

Technically yes. The skin color represents nudity in this case, as it is a natural skin color. You can either recolor it (Which even still it might get rejected.) or put some clothes on it.
No it won’t. If you have doubts, make the default color grey when uploading. Not sure why everybody else here is saying yes.
It is not explicit in any form and is just a base character model.
You could draw a comparison to any of the original character models/packages for Roblox. In fact, if you go to the rig creator in the avatar tab, spawn in a non-block and non-rthro character, such as man or woman. It doesn’t have clothes, but it isn’t matter; it’s a base model.
