The person in the ad looks very pixelated. But otherwise, i might click, but then again i don’t click on many ads.

Probably not.
I think the WIPEOUT and TBS PRESENTS portions are pretty good. The gradient is nice.
The HOSTED BY and the character, however, just don’t look great to me.

Roblox characters are hard to replicated in green screen and especially outlining them would cause the pixelated texture. And it’s much hard to get a character to not be pixelated in a roblox game unless it’s modeled and it’s hard to do.

You Might Want To Get Rid Of The Word TBS And Change The Name Of Your Game Because You Can Get A DMCA Request From Roblox Because TBS Is A Television Network And Wipeout Is A TV Show.
Also I Dont Really Click On Ads.

If working in PS.
Use the pen tool instead of the magic wand tool or whatever it’s called and make a custom selection, add a little feather and your problem should be long gone.

I do mine in GIMP(free version of photoshop).
GIMP has a pen tool/path tool as well. It takes more time but gets rid of the pixelation because you’re doing it by hand.
First of all, i probably wont.
I really like it, but the image of the roblox character is extremely pixelated and blurry.
Other than that, I really like the design!
Also, it is against Roblox ToS to compete for Robux. Maybe instead of robux, do some sort of in-game currency for minigames in the game for spectators.

The ad look very wonderful, seems really interesting for me to click on it. “WIPEOUT” , TBS and with blue background does fit well. However, the character and pink text do not fit in the ad. This lost interest to me and perhaps I won’t click your ad. The character and outline is very pixel meaning it’s not in good qualify.
Also, what just @BaggyChris said that you should get rid of wipeout and tbs to prevent copyright aka DMCA! Maybe replace with your own game, description, icon, thumbnail, etc.
Everything looks fine, except for the huge pixelated character, you should really get blender. You should watch this to learn some of the basics of rendering characters. Its really not as hard as it seems.

It’s more of a prize, if they win, they would get payed out from the group funds. It’s a gameshow. 
I believe that’s still against TOS.

Though the roblox guy is really pixelated, I think the rest of it is perfect. It stands out really well because of the bright colours I think it is fine.
Promising people robux is against the TOS. But I am sure they have exemptions to it.

However, I noticed you said you’d give away 250 Robux. That is against Roblox TOS, so It’d be better to giveaway some sort of ingame prize instead.
I don’t think I would to be honest. Not much else to say. It looks a bit weird with perfect quality then this pixely roblox head. The font difference is also a bit jarring.
