I’m gonna be honest, I wouldn’t. Aside from the fact I stick to the same four or five games, it looks a little too AI-generated. Of course, if a friend recommends the game, or if i hear good feedback about it, I’d probably try it out.

The concept might interest me and I would probably try it out, but I could just read the title to be interested.
The artwork is obviously not actually from the game, and the pixel art text doesn’t match the high detail graphics which also confuses me as to what to expect.

I’d suggest changing the style of the text, either add an outline or change the font.
As it is now, it probably wouldn’t be so readable at normal icon size.

Looking at the title and thumbnail, I have no idea what the game is going to be about. And it makes me think of a generic game without interesting gameplay

Thanks! I appreciate the responses. I have an idea for the title glowing a little bit, more specifically on the black side than on the gas planet side, plus an outline.

I mean its an ai generated icon with some text which is hard to read glued onto it. From the icon it looks like the game is low quality or lazily made so I would ignore it.

I’ve played the game and it’s quite interesting to say the least. Very old feel (it was created in 2011!?), which is nostalgic… However that will more than likely play against it. It’s a bit hard to figure out what you have to do, but I did go on mars and do what I think was most of the misson (talked to the Mars Terraforming (thing?)). The story is quite interesting. After that point I didn’t really know what to do so yeah

it wouldn’t fit well as an image to get attention of new players, better using it on the banners of the game
you should focus instead on the 2 things that make up the photo: the logo and the astronaut, and make them more visible, without too much detail on the background
also adding some white border around the image would get a damn good attention
I wouldn’t play this game, because I’ve seen so many cool icons like this, and have been disappointed. So I wouldn’t even bother.
Yes I would. Considering I like adventure games, I would definitely try this game out. Although you could make the thumbnail look a little bit more roblox and not ai-generated. Overall looks pretty good. 8/10
