Working on a gamemode based around zombies and just wondering if these designs are allowed.
They should be fine as long as you answer the questionnaire properly.

The questionnaire is a quiz you can take on your game. Your answers will determine the rating of your game (13+, 9+, 17+, etc.) and let users know about the content in your game on your game page (Like blood, drinking, romantic themes, etc.) In the questionnaire they ask about blood, and they check your game when you finish the quiz to make sure your answers are accurate.
