Nice build, but the roads could be plowed and there should be a coating of snow on the roofs of the buildings.
For someone that’s just starting building from my knowledge it’s a good start and something to take along the process if you what to improve it a little more.
Firstly, the building itself appears to be repetitive. As well it’s one shape you could include more objects placed onto the design to make it stand out, placing props such as houses variety of buildings would make it much more natural. Making building feature more appealing shapes would give it a much more city appearance if that’s what your going for.
I would continue to practice and learn more at the moment it’s good, try improving it a little more and see why the end result brings you.
