Wrong Recognition of "."

Let’s say I have a property of a instance called “Number” it shows it as “0.5”, everything is normal, I click it on the property to change it, it shows “0.5” as selected, still normal but when I click enter, it turns it to “5”. I then put “0,5” (with a comma in between), click enter and it recognizes it as “0.5”. This has been frustrating me for a long time and it’s very annoying.
Example

I would like some consistency on the usage of dot and comma when writing numbers. And I mean consistency as in the properties for ParticleEmitter, not as in forcing one part to use one or the other (since I use comma to write numbers, but e.g. US people use dot)

Do you have any more information about this? I’m not getting this to happen. Are you on Windows or Mac? Are you using Ribbon Bar or System Menu? What does your explorer tree look like? Do you have a particular place that always causes this to happen?

Change your windows settings. ROBLOX doesn’t work as well when you use a comma as the decimal point, which Windows configures.

Yeah this sounds like ROBLOX is using locale settings to parse what you enter into properties, but not to display it.

This happens at every place that I open with Roblox Studio and I’m using Ribbon Bar. I’m using a Turkish keyboard which is exactly like this and the rest of the settings are the default Windows 7 Ultimate and my Windows uses dot as the decimal point.
