The issue with the item called “Milk Carton Shoulder Pal”, it is wrongly placed on an avatar in R6 and R15. It’s not placed on the shoulder yet, it is IN the shoulder.

This is how it should have been placed.

- You can adjust the position of the Accessory using Accessory adjustment.
