Hello! I made this outfit probably a month ago, and I realized that it wasn’t top notch quality. Furthermore, what can I do to improve this outfit? Since the paintdotnet layers are long gone, I’m going to use the feedback on my future designs.

Ahaha, I thought that too. This was actually a commission for someone and they requested this. You’re not the only one who questioned the outfit!

Looks amazing, a formal look but as u mentioned WW2 Navy, maybe add stripes on shoulder and a badge on the uniform to give it a military look!
