So I am currently working on revamping parts of my game, Gladiators to work well on Xbox. (Many users have been requesting I add it)

To comply with the stricter regulations, I am going to be removing blood completely from the game, kinda a bummer, but its what has to be done.
My question is, will the games icon/thumbnail need to also be updated to show no blood? Or will keeping them the same be fine.
