At Xero Hotels, our staff members must be professional, kind and nice to everyone.
Working at Xero Hotels offer you much jobs such as:
Receptionists: Ranks 4+
Bartenders: Ranks 4+
Housekeeping: Ranks 4+
Security: Ranks 6+

Working in Xero Hotels requires you to give guests a nice greeting. Wherever you are working, reception, bar or housekeeping, give the guests a nice greeting.
An example of an amazing greeting is; “Hello, welcome to Xero Hotels. My name is Bob, how may I help you?”
Please do NOT make such troll greetings such as “hello welcome to poopy hotels?”. Doing such things will lead to a demotion.
The greeting is fully customizable as long as it contains grammar.

Xero Hotels have III types of rooms. Standard rooms, suite rooms and penthouses.
Standard rooms are free, penthouses and suite cost robux.
To check someone in you click the PC and click the Check-In icon on the PC. You enter the username and Room Type.
To check someone out you do the same but click the Check-Out icon.
Do NOT give rooms to guests who never asked.
HOUSEKEEPING:unlock::
At Housekeeping, your job is to clean rooms and give people information.
To get the Vacuum all you need to do is click the Vacuum in the staff room. 
You simply hold the vacuum and roleplay as cleaning the room. 
Make sure you ask for the person’s room number. 
BAR:pizza::
At the bar, your job is to give guests nice drinks and snacks for them to enjoy. 
To give an item you click ‘h’ on your keyboard or click the GUI if you are on a touch screen device.
Enter the username of the person who you want to give the item to. 
Do NOT give away items such as staff items or else a demotion will have to take place.
Recipe for milkshakes is:
Cup > Flavor > Blender
TROLLERS:imp::
When a troller approaches you, begin by giving them warnings. 3 warnings is a kick. 
To give someone a warning, say “Warning (number) - (reason).” Example: “Warning 1 - Rude to staff”. 
NEVER give warnings such as “Warning I | Stupid”, “Warning III | Fat” or such.
After someone receives 3 warnings, cuff the troller and bring them to a MR+. If you do not have cuffs, tell an MR+ to kick the troller.
Experienced Receptionist and above get handcuffs.
CUFFS:chains::
To cuff someone, simply click on their torso.

And to uncuff, click anywhere on the screen such as the floor.

Stuff you should NEVER do with the cuffs: 
Jumping around, glitching through walls, objects and players, spinning with them and lastly messing/abusing around in general.
Exploiters get no warnings, cuff and call and MR/HR immediately! 
You should only use these tools if someone has three warnings or is an exploiter.
Abuse of this powerful tool will lead to an instant demotion.
GRAMMAR AND PUNCTUATION:heavy_check_mark::
Grammar and punctuation are always required at any place that has to do with Xero Hotels.
Everyone asks this question, why do we use grammar?
We use grammar to look professional.
Which would you like to see in a place, someone saying “hi how can i help u” or “Hi! How can I help you?”.
Of course not the Ist sentence. Which looks terribly unprofessional.

Helpers should ask five questions about the information, do a reception test, bar test and a troll test (DON’T GO YET).
Make sure you ask your trainees related questions to the guide. (DON’T GO YET)
Failing an innocent trainee will lead into an investigation or a demotion. (DON’T GO YET)
Passing a failed trainee on purpose will lead into an investigation. (DON’T GO YET)
