Code of Conduct

Language

Language is an important part of creating a safe and friendly environment in Yanagó. Please avoid offensive language, including homophobic or racial slurs, to help us maintain a respectful space for all players.

Attire

To maintain a comfortable environment for all players, please wear appropriate attire in Yanagó spaces. Consider that our audience may include younger players, and choose outfits that contribute to a welcoming atmosphere.

Spamming

Spamming disrupts the experience for others and wastes time. We kindly ask all players to avoid flooding chat or repeating messages. This ensures a better experience for everyone.

Advertising

Please keep personal links, social media, and server invites outside of Yanagó. This is to keep the focus on our community. Advertising within Yanagó will result in an immediate penalty. If someone contacts you with ads, take a screenshot and report it to an HR team member.

Misbehaving

Avoid disruptive actions like trolling or harassment at the Yanagó group. If you are found disrupting others through trolling, you will be given one warning. Continued trolling will result in immediate removal from the server, with an explanation provided.

Common Sense

At Yanagó, we strongly encourage players to think carefully before acting or speaking. Using common sense helps create a respectful and enjoyable environment and ensures your actions reflect positively on you.

Maturity

When engaging with the Yanagó community, it’s important to act maturely. The way you interact with others reflects on you and may impact future opportunities, such as applying for roles or responsibilities within the community.

Show Respect

We expect all players to treat each other with respect, as you would like to be treated in return. Showing kindness and courtesy is essential in maintaining a positive environment. Disrespect towards other players or staff will lead to consequences.

Inclusivity

Yanagó is an inclusive group that values diversity. We strive to create a welcoming and safe space for all players by respecting everyone and avoiding discriminatory language or hate comments.

Session Schedule

Yanagó offers daily Training Sessions for anyone ranked as Awaiting Training in the group. These sessions are held at the Training Center Game and typically last between 15 to 25 minutes, depending on the session’s length and the number of attendees. During the session, you’ll learn how to greet customers, take orders, prepare food, and understand the responsibilities of an Intermediate Team Member.

Our training server opens at XX:50 and closes exactly at XX:00, giving you 10 minutes to join the session. If there are not enough trainees, we may extend the opening until XX:05 before starting the session. Please note that if you miss the session, we unfortunately cannot reopen the server for you to join later. Same goes for if you disconnect during the session, we cannot allow you to rejoin.

Once you pass the training session, you will not be able to rank up higher than Intermediate Team Member through training alone. To rank up further, you will need to earn points by serving customers, purchasing points, or cleaning tables in the restaurant. Below, you can find the point requirements for each rank.

Proficient Team Member → 250 Points

Skilled Team Member → 500 Points

Kitchen Leader Promotion Guide

What is a Kitchen Leader?

A Kitchen Leader is the highest rank within the Low Rank category at Yanagó. This role is for experienced staff members, and Kitchen Leaders are eligible for promotion to Restaurant Assistant. There are no playtime requirements for this rank, so you can play as much as you want! While using proper grammar is optional, it is recommended if you aim for a promotion to Restaurant Assistant.

How to Get Promoted to Restaurant Assistant

Members of the Staff Management Department frequently join the game to observe and promote hard-working individuals. To increase your chances of being noticed, make sure to meet all the necessary requirements. Since Restaurant Assistant is a Middle Rank, it comes with additional duties and responsibilities. There are multiple opportunities to become a Restaurant Assistant in the future, as the Staff Management Department is always looking for potential candidates. However, please note that the Restaurant Assistant rank has a limit of 50 members at a time. Below are the requirements to be eligible for promotion:

Promotion Requirements

  • 7+ days of consistent activity.

  • Must be a Kitchen Leader.

  • Strong knowledge of the English language.

  • Good use of grammar, and professionalism.

  • Must be at least 13 years of age.

  • Must be a member of the Yanagó Communications Server.

  • Do not hint at wanting the promotion (e.g., “I wish I could be a Restaurant Assistant.”).
