i think this is one belongs to the bug report section but i cant figure out how to report there.
whenever i place a spawn it gets a weird yellowish glow underneath it and i cant get it away
i tested it in a new game , and it replicates there.
1: open a new game
2: delete the current spawn
3: use the toolbar to create a new spawn
The best I can think is maybe under lighting you changed some property to be yellow? other than that I have no idea
i made a fresh baseplate, didnt change any settings and the yellowish glow still apeared
Maybe one of your plugins causing this, try to disable all of them. If problem is still there, i have no idea 
make sure there are no light sources anywhere that could be causing it (im not just talking about inside the part to, look in the workspace. also do what @MasteredCode said, I used to have a plugin for a year that I didnt know was causing one of the bugs that was in a game of mine.
yeah i removed all plugins.
restarted studio
opened a fresh baseplate
and same issue.
i did notice that it is only in the new baseplate.
the old baseplate doesn`t have this issue
there are no other lighting sources,
i did remove the effects under light, yet its still there

this is the most baren version of the bug i have.
you can see the yellow glow disapear when you move the spawn
it is something with the shadow, becaus if you turn the shadow off, the glow disapears as well

It’s most likely something with your Studio Settings.

Maybe remove the spawn location decal. That’s the only thing I can think of.
Something that I might do is try deleting the decal under the spawn?
Still not seeing anything.
Re-install your studio, this will sure fix your issue
