Well, have you tried importing a model less than the limit? Roblox does have a limitation to the amount of triangles a mesh can have.
If it’s still happening after that, you probably have an issue with studio, if it stops happening, your model has too many triangles, try to optimise your topology I guess.
You could use a Decimate modifier and control how simplified your mesh gets from there. There’s a spot where you keep visual quality with less verts.

Theres a giant triangle with a number for some reason inside of blender as a 3d object, next to your “regular sphere”, which is actually an abomination of triangles and stuff

The Sphere is okay alright? It is a nice one.
Assuming it’s a photoscan or some other source, I’d recommend manually retopologizing it using a tool like PolyQuilt, then baking down the high quality detail into normal maps. With manual retopology, you should also be able to preserve things like silhouette detail by focusing mesh density on important parts of the mesh.

I have retopologized the sphere, and baked the detail to a normal map. I have provided an FBX file for easy importing.

You need your mesh to have less than 20000 triangles. go to statistics in blender and check your mesh triangle count. Saparate the object
