This looks very nice! All I would add is some decoration on the cape. 
It’s great! The only thing I suggest would be adding a logo on the cape or some design. It looks equally amazing without it and I’m not a modeler but maybe it would improve it a bit. But anyways, it’s very detailed too!
Add a symbol or something on the cape, other than that it looks really good! 
It looks very sick! I’d add maybe a symbol, I think maybe a Dragon symbol or anything like that would fit perfectly with it!
