Yorokobi Receptionist Trainer Guide
**After the trainees are sitting and the helpers are off to the side, you may begin.
Hello, my name is [NAME HERE] and I will be your trainer for today!
Please give a warm welcome to my helpers as well!
I will now be going over what is required to be a receptionist. Listen carefully!
To be a receptionist, you must have a warm and welcoming greeting when a client arrives.
You must use grammar at all times when working.
You must wear the uniform at all times when working.
Breaks are only allowed for 5 minutes at a time. Any further may result in a demotion.
To go AFK, simply go to the AFK line!
As a receptionist, you cannot give therapy.
If all receptionist spots are taken, you may work at the beautiful café!
Your job as a receptionist is to give clients cards so they can attend sessions.
To give a card, you simply have to use the commands.
The commands will be listed on a UI for your satisfaction!
To give a client an individual session, use this command: :give [USERNAME] Individual
I will now be explain the warning system.
Warnings are given to clients who are misbehaving at our facilities.
To give a warning, use this format:
WI | [NAME] | [REASON]
Warnings are only given to clients for valid reasons.
X - WI | Bob | Not good.
Correct - WI | Bob | Trolling.
If a client receives max warnings, ask security to cuff them.
After the client is cuffed, ask for security to call a MR+.
If there is not a MR+ in your server, simply ask for security to call a MR+.
EX: I need a MR+ in my server. A client is cuffed and has max warnings.
