You can control all Local Server clients simultaneously with a gamepad

Reproduction Steps:

  1. Connect a gamepad to your computer (I’m using an Xbox One controller)
  2. Open a new file
  3. Start a Local Server test with 2 or more clients
  4. Use the gamepad to walk on one of the clients

Expected Behavior:
I expect to only control the client whose window is focused.

Actual Behavior:
The gamepad controls of the clients at the same time.

I have managed to previously reproduce a similar issue where you can control Roblox Player and the Windows 10 Roblox app simultaneously too (using a gamepad).
