Hello!
Your game might be affected by robloxs recent policy updates which includes social hangout games. Roblox took down every social hangout game requesting you to appeal
You should have received the following message in your inbox:
To restore the game from discovery, simply resubmit the questionaire and contact Roblox Support under “Moderation” > “I was wrongly moderated for other content I created” explaining that your game isn’t discoverable. This should be a very simple process and one email to them should resolve the issue

Why has my experience been taken down/disappeared from search?
Experiences we identified as potentially being impacted by the policies we announced yesterday were made temporarily unavailable. This includes most experiences with the Social Hangout descriptor. If you are unable to find your experience via the search bar in Roblox, it may have been one of the experiences impacted.We encourage you to retake the Content Maturity questionnaire and answer the new questions that apply to this policy update, and then submit an appeal here . You can find the correct steps to appeal below.
My experience was taken down by mistake. Fix it!
We are aware that existing Restricted experiences with Social Hangouts were impacted during this process. We apologize for this inconvenience and have already identified and reversed these actions. We have already acted on many appeals from the last 24 hours, resulting in restored experiences, and will continue to actively review all incoming requests.If the new Content Maturity policies do apply to your existing Restricted experience (e.g. if your experience takes place in a bar or club), please update your Content Maturity questionnaire answers. If you believe your experience was mistakenly taken down and hasn’t been reinstated, you can submit an appeal via Roblox Support .
How do I appeal if my experience has been taken down in error?
All appeals must be submitted via Roblox Support . To help us process your request more efficiently, please ensure you:
Submit the appeal using the Roblox-linked email address that owns the experience.
Provide the specific Place ID of the experience you are appealing for.
Steps to appeal:
Go to roblox.com/support
Confirm your contact information and device type
Set Type of help category to Moderation . A new dropdown menu will appear.
Set Help Subcategory Type to I was wrongly moderated for an asset I created .
Enter the experience place ID in the field for Asset ID
In the input field, describe why the moderation action was a mistake. Make sure to mention ‘my experience was incorrectly moderated ’ in your appeal.
Click the Continue button to submit your appeal.
On side note, i believe the “404” error is new on games and displays on taken down games by Roblox
