Your Windows system is too outdated Problem

Hello everyone i have BIG issue
every time I launch roblox I get this error “Your Windows system is too outdated. Please run ‘Windows Update’ and install system updates to continue.” This only applies to Roblox Player and does not apply to Roblox Studio
I already tried
reinstalling roblox
Driver updates
Checking for updates in windows
it started after the Mega Hunt event started
I was looking for a solution to the problem and someone said that the minimum supported version of Windows 10 is 1607
However
I have Windows 10 1607
Maybe I need to delete some specific roblox files and reinstall? I don’t know, I’ve just tried so many things.

Windows 10 1607 is basically 10 years old. Can you not update to a newer version? If you can, you should probably update to windows 11.

According to our security team, Windows 10 RS5 (1809) or above is now required, so you’ll have to run a Windows update. There’s no way to get around this since our security team now enforces it.
