Welcome to Zippy’s Promotion information page. This page will explain everything you need to know about promotions at Zippy’s.
To get promoted, there are many things that our HR’s/SHR’s are looking for.
What we are looking for:
You need to work , be active, and show important traits mentioned below; you need to be noticed by HR+ or above due to it being a more prestigious rank. Our high ranks at Zippy’s look for the best of the best to be promoted. The main characteristics that we look for in a person are maturity, helpfulness, leadership, and professionalism. These four characteristics are vital for you to possess in order to succeed here at Zippy’s. As a LR, MR, HR, or SHR wishing to achieve the next step in your journey at Zippy’s, you are allowed to wear any clothing and appropriate package that you want - you do not need to be “aesthetic” or “cool” or have limited items. Your username also does not play any part in deciding promotions. One factor which does play a part in promotions is your activity. Competition at Zippy’s to become promoted beyond LR is quite high, so you do need to be relatively active to be considered. This isn’t saying you need to spend 12 hours per day for three months on Zippy’s; that isn’t the type of activity we look for. We like to see consistent activity over a shorter amount of time, we recommend around 1-2 hours, as that is much more likely to get you noticed rather than working a 12-hour shift one day, then not coming on at all for the next three. You also are required to have a Discord account and be in the communications server and not have safechat.
