You should always put your payments down so people will, know how much your charging for your builds example: 5k 10k.
You do building. Change the Title from “Developing” to “Building”

Hey, the reason I named it Desert Area is because I didn’t know what to call it. I’ll probably replace it with something.

In the desert build you put a road that goes straight across the river without any supports. I would add a bridge to make the build more realistic.
There are supports underneath the water.
