Greetings to all who stumble upon my portfolio! I am Zlosu, but I prefer to go by Z. I am a self-taught 3D Modeler, 3D texture, UI designer as well as a concept artist with 4 - 5 years of experience. I’ve participated in the UGC program and have over 200,000 sales on my main account. I’m a bit of an oldie as I’ve been on the platform since 2012 (12 years), but I still enjoy meeting new faces! What programs do you use for your works?
I use Blender and Adobe Substance Painter for 3D modeling, rendering, sculpting and texturing with a bit of Photoshop in the middle for gradient fills and corrections. I utilize Photoshop for my concept art and UI design (the headers of each section were made by me!). I also have a project I’ve been working on so I utilize a bit of Figma to help with UI structuring, although it’s more for practicing with the program than a need of it.
What makes you worth hiring?
I believe I stand out among most other creators on the website. I have crafted exceptionally detailed and professional quality works with a thorough understanding of the programs I use. I can adapt to the needs of my client, ranging from complexity of the models to short deadlines. When working on a commission, I give consistent updates on it’s progress, making changes at the needs of a client. Finally, I make the process easier for all parties involved. The more I’m hired, the more I’m trained on new styles and designs, giving clientele a variety of options in their commissions.
Where did you get started in creating 3D models and textured accessories?
So funny story, I actually learned Blender by watching the second video of a tutorial on making a sword. This video teaches essential shortcuts and gives one of the best surface level explanations of Blender. For Surface Painter, I didn’t really learn from anyone nor watch a video, it was mostly just experimentation through hand-painting. I can say though that what helped elevate my skills in Photoshop was a particular content creator who does professional artwork for popular games such as Destiny. He has guides that help cover the basics of shading and color theory.

UI Designs

Joining Your Developer Team
I am open to the idea of working on a development team for a game, but varies based on the stage of development on the project.
If the game is still in development - I will want a percentage cut of the game and additional payments to compensate time spent assisting on development. The percentage and payments are negotiable based on workload and contributions to the games development. The additional payments end when the game is published.
If the game is active and released - This can be negotiated based on the workload I am expected to complete and how much of it contributes to the total success of the game (EX: If I am making weapons for a fighting game where the incentive is obtaining new weapons, I would expect a bigger cut of earnings).
UGC Commissions
Re-texture of my own accessory - ($75 / 40k+ )
I re-texture and recolor one of my accessories to your wishes. Once done, I upload a free limited version for you to redeem at a trusted experience.

Texture a model provided by you - ($100 / 50k+ )
I texture a model provided by yourself and I give you the: UV Map, Greyscale Texture and two color variants of your choosing (If you don’t have any in mind, I will provide two of my own)

Original model and texture for you - ($130 / 60k+ )
I draft concept art of the model you want, making alterations at your request till you are satisfied with what you see. After the design is chosen, I model and texture the accessory. With this commission, you get: UV Map, Greyscale Texture, two color variants of your choosing (If you don’t have any in mind, I will provide two of my own), the model in both .fbx and .obj format.
