TRAINING GUIDE

OVERVIEW

Welcome to Zooblox’s Official Training Guide. This guide will contain all the essential information for attending training sessions and it will cover everything whether you are hosting, co-hosting, training, helping, or even ranking! Any questions referring to the guide or trainings in general, contact vusby, aerites, Sayluki, or any HR+ on our communications server. If you have any questions, comments or concerns, regarding the guide, or the Training Centre, please contact a member of our Corporate Team and they will assist you to the best of their ability.

ROLES

Each role has a set rank requirement, roles can only be given to a user by the host/co-host. We ask that everyone NOT to ask for roles as you will be dismissed from the session, the host/co-host will decide who will be what. Along with that, if you wish to attend sessions and obtain a role for that training you are to join with the guide on you and that you have the ability to copy and paste.

RANKING INFORMATION

In order for the Host/Co-Host to give a role, they must use the :name command.

:name [username] [A,B,C,D,] | [role] | :name aerites A | Trainer

GROUPING INFORMATION

In order to train our staff we have 4 groups: Group A, Group B, Group C and Group D. Trainers and Helpers are required to group a specific amount of trainees in their respected group with the help of the :name command:

Trainers and helpers may ask the Host or Co-host to place them into groups that are in need of a trainer and/or helpers.

NOTICE: Please note that no one is to be grouped as Group B and skip right to group C. Meaning when a user is a zoo keeper they are to be grouped C. We are doing this as the restaurant is not yet ready in the main game and does not possess an area to correctly train them.

PREPARATION

Before your session starts you must find a ranker and co-host for your session to prevent confusion and arguments. Sessions are to be announced 30 minutes before the session starts to allow both staff and trainees to join and get ready. Once staff and trainees begin to join the server you are to begin grouping trainees and handing out roles to staff. Remember to ask staff if they want the role before giving it out and that they have the guide. Make sure that all staff are on stage and trainees are STS on their lines.

TRAINEES: The session will commence at [time]. Make sure to join the server 15 minutes before the session begins, in order to find a spot. Have any questions/concerns? Message a Co-Host+!

Zooblox: Training Center - Roblox

MAIN SESSION

[5 minutes before the session starts]

HOST: m Hello, and a warm welcome to [time] Training Session! The session will initiate in V minutes, avoid being AFK as crucial information will be delivered.

BEGINNING

Now that the session has commenced, the host is to lock the server with the :slock command to prevent late joiners.

HOST: m The training assembly has now commenced. You may state ‘PTS.’ i.e. Permission to Speak, if you have any questions or concerns.

HOST: :countdown 150

The trainers and helpers may answer all the questions until the countdown ends.

HOST

m Welcome to the (time) Training Sessions, my name is (user) and I will be your host for this Session! I wish you all the best of luck for today’s session.

m Now, my co-host will go through some vital information. PTS calls are currently disabled. Failure to remain silent will result in removal from the server.

CO-HOST

m Welcome, my name is (user) and I will be this session’s co-host. Pay attention and avoid being AFK, as the information will be beneficial for you throughout this session.

m Grammar is needed through-out this session and if you pass, failure to use grammar will result in a Grammar Strike or GS for short.

m If you reach 3 Grammar Strikes you will be failed and dismissed from the session.

m [I] We expect you all to treat your fellow trainers, and co-workers with proper respect, regardless of your rank.

m [II] Grammar is obligatory for everyone whilst training, assisting, or spectating. Failure to utilize grammar will result in a strike.

m [III] Remember to abide by ROBLOX’s ToS. We have the right to permanently ban you from all premises at Zooblox if you’re caught breaking the TOS.

m [IV] You’re required to wear the uniform at all times at the Zoo.

m [V] Hinting is strictly prohibited. If you’re caught asking/hinting for a promotion then you’ll be fired.

m We only handout 3 warnings to trollers but exploiters get none and they are to be banned by an HR+.

m I have now concluded stating the rules that must be followed whilst working at the Zoo.

HOST: m Now that all questions have been answered we shall now begin, PTS is no longer enabled. You’ll now be taken to your areas.

GROUP A | TRAINING

Once all trainees are in the training area and standing silently STS, you may begin.

INTRODUCTION

TRAINER:

Greetings, I will be your trainer for this session. Please thank all of our helpers for taking time out of their day to help us today.

Before we begin, do you have any additional questions, comments or concerns?

(If they do, answer it. If they say no, then proceed.)

Wonderful! I will now be going over some already mentioned information to make sure you all understand.

Grammar is needed through-out this session and if you pass, failure to use grammar will result in a Grammar Strike or GS for short.

If you reach 3 Grammar Strikes, you will be failed and dismissed from the session.

Even if you are dismissed, do not worry! You can always feel free to attend our next sessions.

We do not tolerate disrespect, disrespecting me or any helpers will result in a fail.

Be professional. Professionalism is one of the most important things here at Zooblox.

Adding onto that, you need a minimum of V points to pass this session.

RESPONSIBILITIES

TRAINER:

As a zookeeper, you are allowed to both work at the front desk and around the park.

If you are working at the front desk, you require a greeting.

A greeting should be like: Hello and welcome to Zooblox, how may I help you?

My helpers will walk up to you and you are required to state your greeting when they do so.

HELPERS:

HELPERS MAY WALK UP TO ONE TRAINEE AND PROCEED.

Greetings, please state your greeting.

If the greeting is grammatically incorrect, simply correct their mistakes.

Unfortunately, due to having certain grammatical errors in your greeting, you will not be receiving points.

If the greeting is grammatically CORRECT, simply say:

Wonderful! You will now be awarded with one point.

Make sure all the greetings are grammatically correct, if they have a perfect greeting with no errors simply do: :change user points 1

TRAINER

Amazing greetings, we will now continue with the check-in section of the training.

CHECK-IN SECTION

TRAINER

In order for guests to gain access in the zoo, they must check-in via reception.

Our check-in system is crucial for checking guests in.

You need to complete the following steps, in order to check someone in.

Click the computer > Press Next > Enter the player’s username > Press next

Just like the greeting part, when a helper walks up to you, state your greeting and go from there.

You may begin, good luck.

Yet again, make sure all the sentences are grammatically correct.

If they get it all right and are able to give the keycard the trainer is to add a point to their current amount.

TRAINER:

Fantastic work everyone, we will now move on to the trolling section.

TROLLING SECTION

TRAINER

As you should know by now, trollers are on almost every server and try their best to be annoying.

As a staff member, you should know how to deal with trollers, and even exploiters.

Trollers get given 3 warnings until they are to be kicked by a MR+.

However, exploiters get no warnings and are to be banned by a HR+.

We will now be testing you on this, my helpers will be acting like trollers and you will be staff.

Wonderful, without any further ado we shall begin.

HELPERS: HELPERS MAY PROCEED TO THEIR TRAINEES.

Greetings, please prepare your greeting if you haven’t already. State “ready” if you’re willing to proceed.

Wonderful, let’s proceed.

You may change your avatar to a troller avatar, making sure it’s appropriate. Try acting like a troller, and make sure to spam, and use capitals at times.

AFTER THE SIMULATION:

If you are given 3 warnings and they call an MR+ they are to receive an extra point. Paste this:

Wonderful! You have successfully passed this stage. You will be awarded with 1 point.

If you are given no warnings whilst trolling they will NOT receive a point. Paste this:

Unfortunately, you have failed this stage due to [reason.] Therefore, you will not be receiving a point.

TRAINER:

Great, we are now moving on to the final section of this training.

TRIVIA & GRAMMAR SECTION

TRAINER:

We are now onto the final section of this training, well done for getting this far.

We will be testing you on some basic trivia based around Zooblox and then a few grammar correction questions.

My helpers will be asking you a few questions that a guest may ask.

HELPER:

HELPERS MAY PROCEED TO THEIR RESPECTIVE TRAINEES AND BEGIN.

How do I become a trainee?
Answer: Head to the application centre and fill out the application.

How do I get into the zoo?
Answer: Check in via reception or self check-in to get a key card.

What do I do if I see an exploiter?
Answer: Either report it on our communications server or tell and MR+ to report it.

IF THEIR ANSWER IS SIMILAR TO THE ANSWERS STARTED BELOW, GIVE THEM A POINT USING THE FOLLOWING COMMAND:

:change [username] points 1

The answers don’t need to be the exact same as long as they get the same information across they get a point for each question correct.

TRAINER:

Unlike the trivia, I will be PMing you the incorrect grammar questions for you to correct.

Like the trivia they gain 1 point for each question correct.

TRAINER:

We are now finished, please wait as I check your answers.

Remember to kick the failed users before telling the passers.

For a user to pass they need 5 points to pass, any lower will be a fail.

TRAINER:

I am excited to say that you have passed this training with flying colours! Please stay here whilst I get a ranker.

Before I rank you, I will be covering some vital information.

To rank up further, you will need to attend another training.

As a Zookeeper your job is to work behind reception and maintain enclosures.
