Recruit
Join the group to receive this rank, when you join you should approach a receptionist to be teleported to security, from security they will send you to be trained. If you pass your training then you will be ranked Receptionist.
Receptionist
As a Receptionist here at Otham’s Kingdom, your role is to welcome new recruits and help them begin their journey of joining the kingdom. You’ll be stationed at the desks on the first floor of the kingdom, greeting recruits as they sit at your desk.
Feel free to greet recruits in any way you prefer. For example: “Hello and welcome to Otham’s Kingdom! Are you interested in a job?”
If a guest (someone who is not in the Roblox group) occupies your desk, kindly welcome them and instruct them to join the Roblox Group. Also, advise them to rejoin the game. Here’s an example of this process:
“Hello and welcome to Otham’s Kingdom! I noticed you’re not in the Roblox group. Please join the group and rejoin the game once the process is complete.”
If the guest is unsure of how to join the group, do your best to explain the steps to them.
Guider
As a Guider here at Otham’s Kingdom, your role is to show new Receptionists around the kingdom. Take them around the kingdom, explaining each room’s purpose and use. Once you’ve finished showing them around, take them back to Reception so that they can begin welcoming new recruits. Your office is located on the First Floor of the Kingdom.
Café Worker
As a Cafe Worker here at Otham’s Kingdom, your role is to provide drinks to members of the castle. You’ll be stationed at the desks on the Second Floor of the Kingdom in the Cafeteria. When a member walks up to you, greet them and ask which drink they would like. Once they’ve ordered, head to the back of the Cafe and make the needed drink by clicking on the red button. Once the drink is prepared, click the machine and retrieve the drink. Then, hand the item over to the player by typing the command: -handto (player’s username)
Book Keeper
As a Book Keeper here at Otham’s Kingdom, your role is to provide information to members of the Kingdom. You’ll be stationed on the First Floor of the Kingdom in the Library. Direct players to the bookshelf where they will find the appropriate book for what they want to know.
Security
As a Security personnel here at Otham’s Kingdom, your role is to protect the kingdom and ensure no guests are sent to the training room. You’ll be stationed on the Second Floor of the Kingdom. When a guest sits in front of you, welcome them to security and confirm that they are a Recruit. If they are a Recruit, you can send them to the Training Room. If they are not a Recruit, press the red button to send them back to Reception.
Cook
As a Cook here at Otham’s Kingdom, your role is to provide food to members of the castle. You’ll be stationed at the desks on the Second Floor of the Kingdom in the Cafeteria. When a member walks up to you, greet them and ask which food item they’d like. Once they’ve ordered, head to the back of the Restaurant and make the needed food item by clicking the button with the text “Cook Meal.” Once the green button appears, you can claim the food item. Then, head back to the front and hand the user the food item by using the command:
-handto (player’s username)
Trainer
As a Trainer here at Otham’s Kingdom, your role is to train Recruits into Receptionists. You’ll be stationed on the Second Floor of the Kingdom in the training area. When a Recruit walks up to you, greet them and ask if they’d like to be trained. You can say something like, “Hello and welcome to the Training Center. Would you like to be trained?” If they respond with yes, use the TraineeTP tool to send them to the training room area. Then, walk up to them and ask them to follow you.
Take the Recruit to a training room of their choice and ask them to look at the board in the room. Press the Start button, and the training audio will begin playing alongside the presentation. Once the presentation is complete, ask them which house they’d like to be in: Red Dragonest, Blue Nightingale, Yellow Otterstone, or Purple Sparrow. Once they decide, use the command “-house (player’s username) [Blue/Red/Purple/Yellow].”
Take the Recruit into the practical room and test their knowledge to see if they understand the role of a Receptionist. If they are ready and understand the concepts, rank them by using the Enroller tool.
Ranker
As a Ranker here at Otham’s Kingdom, your role is to promote members of the Kingdom to their next rank. You’ll be stationed on the Third Floor of the Kingdom in the Ranker Room. When a player walks up to you, greet them and congratulate them on achieving 100% for their rank. Then, ask the member to grab a book of their next rank from the bookshelf and have them open the book.
Go over the book with them and ensure they understand the aspects of their new rank. Once they completely understand their new rank, use the command to promote them: “-promote (player’s username)” and then ask them to rejoin the game.
Manager
As a Manager here at Otham’s Kingdom, your role is to oversee the operations of the Kingdom and ensure that all members are performing their roles correctly. You don’t have a specific station, and you will earn XP anywhere throughout the castle. Managers must ensure that members are executing their roles correctly, and if not, the manager must report them to any available HR.
As a Manager, your responsibilities range from monitoring rooms to ensure roles are being executed correctly and that no members are going AFK at their stations, to assisting any of the roles at the Kingdom during times of low staff.
